They are better than HLJ in these areas:
- kits carefully wrapped in plastic bags before they are boxed and shipped
- you get an invoice in the package so you won't be looking at credit card
statements and drawing a blank about what you ordered
- replies to e-mails faster than HLJ
They are worse than HLJ in these areas:
- no spiffy online shopping cart, must fill out an order form
- does not accept money order payments - credit card only

They are based in the U.S. and as a result their price is usually not as good
