[gundam] Wave B-Joints, How do I install them in Gundam kits?

P-Cap's and B-Joints:

Can someone explain how to install Wave's B-Joints and P-Cap's in a Gundam
kit during assembly? I don't know which kit it is, but I'd just like to know
how to install them, in case I run into a Gundam that has limited poseability.

I will be grateful for any help and info.,
