It's a design from Gundam Sentinel, which takes place between Z and ZZ.
The Zeta Plus is a Zeta variant, somewhat mass produced (multiple units
and designs were produced, the main differrence being in the head itself).
A 1/144 scale transforming kit was made, and IMHO was the only kit worth
buying from the Gundam Sentinel series (avoid the Full Armor ZZ or FAZZ,
at all costs!)
