  But that _is_ what he was supposed to be!
  At least, in the beginning Kou and Keith were both posted to Zaku-F2s,
correct? They were being used as 'live targets' for the Powered-GM trials,
and ostensibly also for the GP-01/02 trials, where (at least it seemed to
me) that Burning would continue to be the veteran test-pilot running the
prototype MS.

  But Burning gets injured and inexplicably posts Kow to the GP-01, and it
is _this_ decision that really gets me. No matter how much 'potential' and
Psuedo-NewType Moxie the Kid's got, you do NOT post a green, textbook
rookie to a multi-bajillion dollar one-of-a-kind untested prototype!
