If you are using Internet Explorer 3.0 or 4.0, just download the
Japanese fonts add-on from the Microsoft website (under IE for 3.0, or just
use products update for 4.0). After installing the add-on, you can choose
the Japanese fonts under the fonts setting. If you're using netscape
instead, then you would need NJWIN or some other program...
