Right!
Basically, what the Fed accomplished was "Criminalization" of M-Particle
use... Prevents people from using them spuriously to cover their tracks or
'stealth' their ships.

I know, I know... it would have made the GP-02A alot less contrived
sounding, and would have been yet another strong link to 0080 (other than
MS designs).
