  No offense, but Tomino doesn't know what the hell he's talking about! Or
at the very least, he's _completely_ misunderstood what it was about EVA
that made it such a landmark show in the history of SF. As it's been said
by some other people on RAAM, Brainpowerd is basically a copy of the 'top
layer' of the EVA story, i.e., a rip-off of what the show appears to be at
first-glance.

  As for the model, sheesh... It's basically just a hair-better than the
LM Escaflowne kits which were abyssmal. At least it _has_ alot of joints
and pretty good detailing _in_places_. But 2/3rds of the joints are crappy
plastic-on-plastic joints and most of the cool detailing is in the plastic
joint area and behind the mech where you can't see it. And there's the
fact that the Brainpowered looks like a SD Escaflowne, similar styling but
goofy goofy proportions!
