  Check Toys-R-Us, it's on clearance. Which is the only reason why I
mention it since you may not be able to find them again in a few months.
Honestly, it's totally angular and blocky while the Val-Wallo is organic.
Actually, on closer inspection it reminds me of something from "Lensman".
