A good question. I've been looking for the alleged bill and could not
find it. A friend went looking for the same thing and told me that it
has been sitting on the Senate Committee untouched since last May.
Either the newly sworned-in Senate decided to get the whip cracking
right away, or someone jumped to conclusion too fast (me included!)
